BREKKE'S RESORT IS OPEN MAY TO NOVEMBER
Our cottages are exceptionally clean with complete housekeeping facilities including microwave and coffee maker. All cottages are non-smoking. Bathrooms have showers and all linens are furnished except bath and beach towels. Outside each cottage you will find a 22" Weber grill, picnic table and lawn chairs.
Reservations
In June, July and August we give first opportunity to our week long guests. But on June 1st we begin accepting reservations during those months (if available) of less than a week (2 night minimum). For May, September and October cottages are rented 2 night minimum or weekly. Rates and season dates can be found in the table below. Our week starts at 4 P.M. Saturday and ends to following Saturday at 9 A.M.
Deposits
A deposit of $300 per week or $100 for less than a week stay reserves your cottage. Deposit must be received within two weeks of reserving and the balance is due on arrival. If you need to cancel let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to re-book your cottage. If we do we refund the deposit less a $50 charge. If we are unable to the deposit is forfeited.
No exceptions.
Pets
Well behaved pets are welcome, but some rules do apply. First off, they must be both people and other pet friendly. They must be housebroken, cleaned up after and owners are responsible for any damage or extra cleaning costs. If bringing a pet that would go on the beds, please bring your own blankets or comforter (sheets and pillows will be provided). Please do not leave pets unattended or allow them to bark as a courtesy to other guests. Pets are not allowed in the main beach area, but if you have a dog that swims there is plenty of room. There is a $20/day or $100/week charge for each pet.
Extra Person Rate
$20 per day or $100 per week. For guests above number of persons up to the listed maximum capacity in the rate table below. Children of all ages are considered occupants.
"Couple Rate"
This is available for a couple in a two bedroom cottage, only using one bedroom: $130/day or $760/week. Available during our Spring and Fall seasons.
Daily Visitors
Daily visitors of resort guests - $15 per person per day. Arrangements MUST be made prior to arrival.
